Midway through the second half of the women’s game today several members of the men’s team were walking toward the tunnel. They received a nice round of applause from the fans in the lower west and south sections. The guys acknowledged the crowd and it was evident they appreciated the recognition.

Yes, I also saw that as I was sitting in the lower Northeast corner of the LNC for todays Bedlam win. It did my heart good to see the fans give the guys recognition like that. Well deserved. Very well deserved.

I never saw them on the big screen. It seemed the fan recognition and appreciation was spontaneous.
