I know some of you are optimistic about these three guys, and the new guys, all showing up and getting along. I'm not nearly as optimistic. And I think if we HAD to lose one of the three, Willie is probably the one that needs to go. Of course.....IMO, this leaves a big hole at SG that we need to fill. Preferably with a JUCO guy. He doesn't have to be a score-first kid.....but he really can't be inept on offense either. Adding a guy like Neal or Newton, a true "shooter" that can defend would be perfect. Let TMG and Cade drive, and let the new kid knock down jumpers.

How are we thin at the guard position if willie comes back?

1) tmg -- burger boy
2) willie -- burger boy
3) cade -- great hustler
4) clark -- burger boy type talent
5) pledger -- hopefully lights it up next year
6) tj talylor
7) possible juco recruit (backup pg everyone wants)

How many guards do you want? 6 is plenty?

Yeah a lot of success those guys had last year. We need another guy that can play the point. And TMG disappeared at the end of this year. Maybe having him and Willie to rest more will allow them to have more good stretches instead of bad. Our guard play this year was pretty poor overall. Defense with our guards was awful.
