I voiced my concerns to Dr. Brian Wolfe the first go-round and the tubas were back for a while. Maybe a little grassroots will ensure its return for the big games on the horizon.

I always thought the live band was one of the most distinctive things about college basketball. Maybe the NBA teams need to pipe in music, but college teams have spirit bands. I'd rather we embrace that distinctiveness. I'm sad to see us emulating the NBA experience.
