The Thunder may not be as good as they were with KD on the roster, but they're a better "team" without him. This team is playing basketball the way the game was meant to be played, with every player on the team involved on both ends of the floor. As crazy as it may sound, this team is a lot more fun to watch than the two-man game they played at times last year.

RW is also having an incredible season so far. He's a much different player now. He had another triple-double against the Knicks tonight (his third in a row), bringing his season average to 30.9 points, 11.3 assists and 10.3 rebounds. I like the way the Thunder is playing now.

They will be good by the end of the year. but they are not a contender.

50 wins is the absolute max imo. So far, they look good against teams with less talent and bad against better teams. Hopefully by the end of the year they are competing against some of the contenders.
