He is a waiver wire add. If he clicks he clicks, if not, you hit the waiver wire again. I dont think he was ever counted on to be a starter. The fact we had to rely on him at all says more about the program.

Yeah, they aren't leaving themselves much wiggle room if the guy just turns out to be an average or slightly better than average college center. The staff knows everyone has been talking about the need for a good center for years. If they talk him up like this and it turns out to be "just a guy," there should be massive blowback.
