They have swirled for sure. Feel good but you know as well as I do. It can change with one text or offer to agent.

My assumption is they want to pair Brown and Hill (VCU). Mingo is a fall through guy if Brown decides to jump.

Sign me up for Montgomery. Strong defender, great guard rebounder, and well-rounded game. Can shoot the 3 better, but not a bad shooter. Would be solid as a starting 2 but HUGE if we could get him in a 3 guard lineup with X and one other good portal guard.

I like my employer and I'm not actively seeking a new job. But I'm open to other opportunities if they come knocking. Especially ones that pay a lot more than my current job.

Lusk just on KREF said they are looking at the Penn St guard or VCU guard. Said they are willing to pay big for one of them

I don't know that I love that pairing, but that's an off the cuff opinion.

Do we have realistic targets at this point? And what about Forsythe - I think he's an important piece to keep. He's a great first guard off the bench guy. Just don't think you can play X and Dayton together for prolonged minutes in the SEC.

He wasn't even a great second guard off the bench this year.

He is too limited, physically, be a real difference maker in the SEC. If he is okay being the 2nd guard off the bench, I'm fine if he stays. But he needs to be recruited over. He just doesn't move the needle very much.

He was playing on a bad ankle this year, one that needed surgery. I think he is a first guard off the bench guy in the SEC for sure.
