I think the main driving statistic that TEvans4Three uses is PER, which I do as well in my own calculations. However, I'm not sure which source he uses for it. He's showing 23.7 for Wague and Basketball-Reference shows it as 21.0, which is a significant difference. Also, PER can tend to be artificially inflated for lower minutes played per game. So for my calculation I reduce the PER when MP is less than 27 by taking MP/27 * PER. I imagine if you did that with his ratings here, that would put Wague between Brown and Reid, which seems more logical to me.

edit: no disrespect intended to @TEvans4Three. His calculation could very well be spot on.
