These are the only centers in the portal "better than Wague" at this point.

* Diop is super active on the recruiting trail (probably Gonzaga)
* Thiam rumored to Michigan
* Julius - no good info yet
* Chol Machot - UCONN is in the mix
* Christian Reeves visiting KU



Has to be someone that hasn't been entered yet or an international player.

Said ou sees pop issacs as the pack replacement.

So, brown, issacs/hendricks, rooths, reed and the “starting center “ as our starting 5.

Just my assumption. Theres not much left in the portal for us that’s starting level in the SEC, and we haven’t been connected to any of them.

He has been accurate this portal season. I guess I will buy what he is saying for now.

Hopefully the center is an upgrade over Wague. If not, I’m not convinced the roster will be better than last year.

He said he thinks they're in the lower end of the middle of the sec.. 10-12 range.. should be a field of 64 team, just like this year should've been.. so, basically a bubble team, rinse and repeat...

Hendricks avg 12 and 4. He can’t fill for Jadon role? 43% 3pt shooter.

Here is a hint about the mystery center that actually doesn't help at all: No coach is following this guy on social media so you cannot deduce from the 'follow the follows' theory that you know I love.

There is sooooo much confidence, though. Damage control might be too strong of a term, but after Barrett/Riley/Reece/Sykes in like a five-hour period, the OU sources came out in droves to say it's completely OK. Pump the brakes, no panic here.

Hard to say on the starting lineup as we don’t know who the starting center will be. But looks like it should be about as good as this year. And we do have some continuity with the team we didn’t have last year.

Moser thinks the roster is better every summer. I’m not doubting Lusk’s reporting but I absolutely doubt Moser’s ability to evaluate his roster. The guy spent 18 months hyping up JN, for crying out loud.

As for the bench, people always try so hard to talk themselves into it being good. Last year was yet another example. Yet by the end of the season, one of the main reasons we played better was because he finally cut the rotation down significantly.
