Transfer Portal 2027

Yeah, I just don't know how any athletic department would feel comfortable rolling the dice on any eligibility ruling, whether it is on an individual case or a broader rule proposal. It's such a crap shoot.

i'm sure the esteemed roger denny has learned a few things in his short time on the job.
either more money is required....or a more respected coach

I’d take either of those guys as a 3rd center. Washington could back up either post position. Dunkley would be a nice G/Wing back-up. Decent size and decent shooting.

I’m not going to sweat the mystery center unless I have more reason too. The truth is none of us know the exact circumstances, yet we’re wanting to fabricate what we think the hold up is…no thanks.

If I ever turn down a basketball player with the last name "Dunkley," I don't love college sports. He is long and athletic and efficient. Sign him to the bench and let him back up the 3/4.

Had 10/4 against Kentucky and 22/12 against OSU.

16 games of 7 rebounds or more and 6 games of 10+ rebounds.

He’s be a nice depth piece at guard. Shot 37% from 3 this past season and had games of making 7,6,5,5,5 threes in a game. I always like to see if a kid has the ability to make a high volume of 3’s in a single game. It’s one thing to shoot it well from 3, but only make 2-3 a game, vs. having multiple games of making a high # of them. To me that puts a shooter on a different level. I’d take him.

Crazy to see teams fighting over SDU players in these days Ha. In the olden days, power conferences would have turned up their noses at the thought of a SDU transfer being anything other than a bench player

But also, in the not-so-distant past the guy would be eating a roster spot for two years before you figured out if he was any good. Now if he’s not good, you can move on after one year.

Have we heard anything else on Dasear Haskins? Went from sounding like we were going to get him to crickets.

Seeming like possibly no eligibility for Gak and the added benefit of no retroactive 5 for 5. Not sure why I’d expect anything else lol
