If I started a poll about "Are you satisfied with Capel's 4 years at OU?".....it'd be locked in no time.

I just don't understand. You know exactly how the poll will turn out. We all do. Some of us have a lot of negative stuff to say right now. I'm sorry, but this is the worst OU team since I was a toddler. That is saying something. The fans that only want to pump sunshine, during our worst season in forever, aren't any more "right" then those of us that like to ***** and moan. Our comments don't hurt the team or the program.

If the team was good there would be few negative comments. It sucks but that's just the way it is. Everything about the chemestry with this team is wrong.

I have no idea how this poll will turn out. I didn't ask a slanted question. I didn't try to solicit any particular answer. I just asked a straight forward question that people can select true or false. I don't see the big deal.

I don't think I've seen too much insulting of players other than the ones that deserve it for how bad they've played. I don't really see much insulting of the coaching. I don't know if Jeff is as good as the last 2 guys we've had but there's nothing anyone could have done about this year other than just not put this team together.

You know, Norm, I like you and always have, so the fact I voted false isn't just to go against you.

Some of us, who have cared about this basketball program for so long hate to see it all go to shambles because of a bunch of kids who care more about themselves than their team. If my criticism is considered negative/insulting then I'm sorry, because that's not how I intend it to be.

"Negative" posts with constructive criticism about the teams' peformance, coaches or players are fine as long as they're not "insulting". It can be done. The poster "campbest" does the best job of this, IMO, from what I've seen.

We're all pissed off about this season. I'm pissed off about it. At the same time, show some tact and some respect when you post something about a player or coach.

If you feel a post is over the line report it and the admin team we will try to deal with it when we can. I admit we've slacked and allowed some "insulting" stuff to slip through the cracks, but that's about going to come to an end. So if you think you might have posted in an "insulting" fashion, then you might try re-wording how you type things in the future.
