Turns out Booker DIDN'T make the trip

Bench (both games ) was absolutely horrible ,2 points combined. Pathetic performance.
Hats off to Lattin who did give some good defensive minutes tonight.
This team will go no where with no bench in the big dance.
The least amount of depth Ive seen in years for an OU team.
Lucky our big's play no defense whatsoever or we would be foul trouble alot inside.

Really loved latttin's effort. That blocked dunk was awesome. It changed the tide of the game. We were about to get blown out.

This late in the season you don't need much of a bench. 2 guys is good enough, especially with our starters.

Now I would agree it would have been nice to get more bench minutes throughout the season, but it's in the past.

Good news is barring any M'Baye type surprises, we should be super deep next year. We have 5 guys coming in that should be able to contribute, and at most we lose 2 starters and one guy who doesn't even play most games. If Buddy comes back we are even deeper.

Iowa state had 19 points from their bench, we had 2 .

You cant win back to back (much less 3) games in a row with that kind of bench play.

yes I do had a problem with Bookers focus this tourney , obviously Lon did too since he wasnt even the first guard off the bench.

As I said with that bench play we wont make it past the second day. the whistles WILL tighten up in the tourney, they always do

What you didn't acknowledge is the possibility that our bench will play better in the Dance; after all, the bench players had some big games down the stretch in conference play.

But guys like you never acknowledge positive possibilities; you're too busy hyping the negative ones.

3 or 4 years ago we didn't have enough depth to put a starting 5 on the court.
