Anyone know why he didn’t play yesterday? Injury? Disciplinary?

We are going to need him today if at all possible.

I haven’t heard anything to suggest that, I assume Moser just wasn’t happy with his play in that brief stint in the first half and decided to try something different. And maybe he worried about playing him late because he was concerned he would foul and we would keep putting them on the line?

I missed the time he entered the game. Thanks for that context. We will definitely need him today.

It was easy to miss lol. Got one foul but didn’t record any other statsI

I think he was getting pushed around too much on rebounds. He wants to out jump the opponents. Northweather was solidly blocking out. I think long term we need him. Maybe some of these games against thicker inside games will be more Northweather, if he is playing well.

Absolutely, Godwin seemed to be outmatched in every game and wague really wasn't given an opportunity after his performance against Arizona. Saying average is being sarcastic of course because we don't even have an average center imo. Which will kill us during conference play, for the 3rd or 4th season in a row, which is sad because we seem to have some solid Scrappy guards this season. Moser is doing the best he can when it comes to recruiting bringing in kids with height out of high school that seem to have promise but they just don't hang around long enough to develop and be productive if they don't do so immediately for us. Hopefully that changes next year and one of the freshmen will be a stud from day one, but right now I believe we are definitely overperforming as we do at the beginning of every season.
