It is awesome that OU is #1! And their rewards are games at Iowa State and at Baylor! OU could play damn well, and still end up out of the top 10 by next Monday...Here's to hoping OU can play as well and energized in those 2 games!

as much as I love OU and like the idea of being #1, it's a long season. We've played a couple of rough games.

Our starters are still logging a ton of minutes, yes I know the thread on time, bench isn't being real productive.

I won't be crushed if we lose 1 or 2 of the next ones, hopefully we'll go far in the tourney.

BTW, bu had to hit a last sec 3 to beat TT on the road. I think BU zone will bother us IF we are not hitting. We don't drive on the zone...from other games I've seen.

I could be totally off base, but I'd venture to say BU won't stay in a zone against us very long. That appears to be a bad strategy against a team that shoots it like we can.

I'm excited to be top ranked but I also remember what I always tell Sqwak fans about being January's champions. I'm more concerned about March.

It should probably be unanimous in both polls. It would be absurd to vote for Villanova over OU. North Carolina has two losses on the season to unranked teams and really doesn't have any good wins. The best wins for North Carolina are probably UCLA, Kansas State, and Clemson. OU has beaten Villanova, ISU, and WVU which are all ranked and has some other wins that rival North Carolina's best wins. (Hawaii is quite similar to UCLA and both teams beat KSU).

I'd say so so...better than a few games but not great. That's what is great about the message board...u have your opinion I have mine.

The one "great" stat is we stayed close enough to be in position to win game.
