I have wondered since the first games WHY we don't push the envelope more with fouls?

How often do we get in foul trouble in the first half of games? How often are we even putting the opposition in the bonus in the first half?

We're nowhere close to aggressive enough on D. Of course that might require actually moving ones' feet in order to foul the other guy. But the fouls seem to indicate we don't give the effort.

You get 5 fouls and you should be picking up that 5th on the final whistle.

Willie really doesn't try to go inside anymore. And Tiny just doesn't exist tonight.

Well, TMG is playing 33 minutes a game and has a total of 17 fouls in almost 12 full games. As much on-ball defense as he plays, it's impossible to play hard at that end of the court and average less than a foul and a half per game.

EXACTLY.

IMO that's ridiculous.

I can see key players staying at an average of 3 per game. That keeps you off the cusp. But you should never ever ever average less. If so you're not trying hard enough.
