Lat word was he was waiting until this week because his spring break was last week and he wanted to announce at his school in front of his firends

James Hale said two weeks ago that Frank Booker would announce his commitment to OU on Thursday of this week. I believe JH said that the announcement would be made on his radio show at around 1:35 p.m. I could be wrong about the time, but unless something has changed since the report I read, Booker will make the announcement public day after tomorrow.
