They didn't shoot the ball well and still played hard on both ends of the floor. Osby's quote is so telling about this team in that they understand that if they put in the work the W's and L's will take care of themselves.
This team has come so far from the Idaho State game. It's amazing what a little confidence will do for a team. I hope the start of conference play doesn't destroy that confidence should we get off to a rough/slow start.
As I look at the schedule I have a hard time not getting too optimistic about this team reaching the 20 win mark and being planted firmly on the proverbial NCAA bubble. By no means should that make an OU fan giddy most of the time but after the last two seasons it's a damn good start to getting the program back to where it belongs and for that I am giddy this morning.
