What is the highest seed total of a Final Four

The lowest it can possibly be now is 17 and the highest is 20. I think this might be the record.

It was tough for me to follow basketball the last few years. Even without paying attention, I am surprised I did not recall that.

That link says the final four had a total seed count of 22 in 2000. I don't know if it is correct.
