What is your favorite LNC "Moment"

I thought of a cool LNC moment. If I recall correctly, a car dealership was offering a free car if you made a half court shot during half time. This went on for a while with everyone missing. One day, if I recall correctly, a student hit it and won a car. They ended that promotion. I would guess this occurred in the 90-93 era. I hope I am remembering something from OU games and not a game I watched on TV but I really wouldn't have seen it on TV because you don't see the half time stuff and everything wasn't on TV back then like it is now.

It was the Iowa State game in 89, which was just a few days before either the Arizona game or the Mizzou game. I can't remember which but we had tickets for all 3 and I remember the ISU game was a Wednesday night. The team played really lethargic to start the game but after the student hit the half court shot the team was lit on fire in the 2nd half and won by about 30.

The Irvine game. I was there, in utero.

I was at that game. It was phenomenal. Calvin Pierce had a few follow jams and I thought the LNC was going to collapse during the comeback.

Probably my favorite moment was the first half of the 90 OU-KU game when we just pasted KU and they were ranked #1. Roy Williams couldn't do anything to stop it and Skeeter had the guns ablazing. The Mizzou game a few days before was fantastic as both Mizzou and KU were ranked #1 when they entered LNC and OU pasted both of them and made them like it. 2 great memories I will never forget.
