What Joe Lunardi has to say about OU.....

Doesn't SFA have a higher RPI than the worst teams in the Big 12? If so wouldn't that mean that there are worse losses available for all conference teams than OU's to SFA? I'm sure one of the stat Einsteins can answere that one.

This is true, but if SFA somehow drops two more conference games, this will show up in the "bad loss" category on selection Sunday. Now at this point though, I think it will just have a detriment on our seed and not whether or not we get into the tournament.

With that said, successive wins over Baylor, KSU and Iowa State would pretty much void out the SFA game.

That is probably accurate. The last time I looked, Arkansas had a much worse RPI than SFA. I know one game was at home and one was on the road. But, when all this SFA hand wringing started, Arkansas would have been considered the bad loss.

The non conference resume is completed. It is over. It is good enough for a tourney qualified team. OU's tournament fate will be determined from this point forward.
