Assume you are a coach and you only have one ship to give. You really need a wing. The best wing you can sign is pretty good but she has certain limitations. There is also a point guard who is outstanding who wants to sign with you. You currently have a sophomore point guard who is playing pretty well and overall you would rate her as "good".

Which player would you sign?

I would take the PG most of the time. The factors that would weigh into the decision is the size of the current PG and the recruit (hard to play 2 5'5 guards at the same time). Can one of the two shoot (also hard to play 2 guards at the same time that can't shoot)? I think the game is shifting to more of a positionless game. It is not a big deal what their ideal position is, as long they can do the fundamental things.

The last time OU had a true wing player we made back to back final fours... I'd go for the wing...

Point guard. She wants to be here and outstanding points, can be leaders of your team. I would go with the best and not mediocrity.
