Reminds me of QSnyder. 85% of time has more talent then the team he is playing, but always loses. Horrible coach. Great recruiter, but pjones may have shown the inpropriety that we all thought has been there.

For Capel haters, jeff beat him twice with the talent differiential of about 20 to 30 points.

Wouldn't mind having Quinn as an asst. though.
