These sure fire #1 overall players arent always lebron's.... Go look at rival # 1's over the years... Really good players but not unbeatable. Shabazz at UCLA.. he was suppose to be Lebron. wasnt even close...

Shabazz was NEVER hyped as being CLOSE to Lebron.

Bazz couldn't even hold the top spot in his own class on some services, thanks to Nerlens Noel.

WORST advice EVER! HATE... hate away. The idea of them hiring a recruit's father isn't based out of some sense of sour grapes... it's because that was a very active and specific tactic used by ku.

Even if it wasn't, in this case the instructions are still quite clear...

First, it was a joke. Second, the reason the joke works is because KU has a history of hiring the father of prominent recruits. Third, Wiggins is the most hyped player since Wall and arguably since the Oden/Durant duo. Self has a poor history of turning top recruits who went to KU into great NBA players (I don't think he has produced a single NBA All-Star at KU), guess we will see if Wiggins breaks the mold.

Actually they are saying the best since LeBron. Not saying he is LeBron but I've heard on ESPN and read multiple places that this kid is the best prospect since King James. We'll see...

Can't blame the kid. KU is by far the best bb program in the big 12. Rich storied tradition just like us in football. Self is a top coach nationally too.

Would love to get some analysis on why he needed to return. Multiple GMs think he may be the sure fire pick in the draft. The NBA does not have many great two guards, he and Bradley Beal are going to have LONG careers.
