He is 12th in the league in scoring and 4th in rebounding.

He should definitely make 3rd team All NBA IMO.

what is all nba? is it like all nfl where they just pick 22 guys? hes had a great year but he has a ways to go to crack the upper tier.

There's no doubt in my mind Blake will improve from what has already been a tremendous rookie season.... He has had the greatest rookie season since Tim Duncan, which is remarkable.

Love BG, but I don't think he should even get 3rd team this year.... You gotta get it done on both sides of the floor, and Blake's defense was lacking this season (to put it mildly).

Dirk, Gasol, Love, Amare, Aldridge, Randolph, Garnett...
Those are the first 7 guys off the top of my head at PF that Blake is competing with for All NBA.

Add Blake to that list and look at what conference 6 of the 8 are in.

watching the game tonight i see one thing. he could make the all chippy team. i havent seen him play in a month and he seems to complain over everything. somebody needs to take him aside and tell him to chill a bit. hes better than some of his actions show. needless to say, 19/4/4, including la's first ten, and a great dunk makes for a good first half.

Disagree.
He needs to keep getting into the officials' ears. Shooting free throws will become a HUGE part of his success in the NBA.

theres a difference between working the refs and being spoiled. and ill give kobe a little more leeway than a guy with almost one year under his belt. his staring down opponents and face making and such is beneath him. his tit for tat with poe tonight was ridiculous. btw, there must not be any thunder fans here. theyve been howling over the way blake acts.

blake does need to chill a little bit. some of his antics, as waynepayne would say, are a little too much. he just has to understand a whistle is not going to be blown every time he touches the ball, and that he does actually foul once in a while. complaining doesn't necessarily equate to more trips to the line. just look at durant.

And he got Poe ejected by getting in his head.
Mission accomplished, no?
Basketball is an incredibly mental game.

he doesn't *****, or showboat any more than any other superstar in the league.

Some of you are going out on a limb.

he gets CLOBBERED every time down the court. the only way anyone knows to play defense on him is basically to try to hurt him.

I love the way Blake stares people down. I don't see anything wrong with his game. You can obviously tell he is a fierce competitor and hates to lose any battle.

This...

He can stare down whomever he wants in lieu of this.

He has had a great year, but he shouldn't be all-NBA. Has a long way to go on the defensive end.
