and Wayman Tisdale has fouled out.

Which former Sooner do you give the ball to in order to score?

How about Nolan Johnson, Tim McCalister, Corey Brewer, Nate Erdman or Ryan Minor. I hope the correct answer becomes Buddy Hield.

Price was a great player but I seem to recall all of those guys closing out more games than Price.

I'd go with Minor, myself.

while i am a big fan of nolan (and the way he took Desmond Mason off the dribble), he missed the front end of one-one that cost us an NCAA W. Tim McC wasn't clutch, much. he was another great scorer for us but i don't think he's the guy i throw the pill.

jameel heywood, based on performance. or david godbold.

Just to score?? Jeff Webster, if we are talking a post player. Brent Price, if we are talking a guard.

How much time is on the clock and where are we inbounding the ball?

Time crunch--Hollis

Time to get what we want--Blake

Maybe my memory is failing me. I recall T Mac making lots of last shots his senior year but I could be wrong. It was a long time ago.

Drew lavender

Not who I would pick but that last second, high off the backboard, roll around the rim, millimeters from being touched by both gray and bookout, layup against Kansas state was a thing of beauty.

Give me tony Crocker or David Godbold for the win!

Corey Brewer

He's my "who do you want guarding the last shot" guy.

For taking the last shot I'd probably pick Blake. Honestly, the issue with Blake for the last shot is that defenses fouled him a lot and he wasn't a good free throw shooter. Alvan Adams and Price would be really good picks too.

Edit: maybe Ebi Ere if it was a big game. I remember they used to call him Mr. ESPN because he always had huge games in our Nationally televised match-ups. That was a guy not afraid of the limelight.

Let's not rule out frosh - year Willie Warren. As far as guys who could create their own shots and had plus FT % s, you can't ignore that.

Of course, I might've accidentally made a case for frosh-year D'Angelo Alexander...
