I get it about taking the Atak info with a grain of salt, but nonetheless nice to hear. When I looked at him the first time, I didn't think he'd ever have the weight to contribute. Glad to hear he's working hard. You can't coach/teach 6-9. And if his stroke is that sweet, and with that...
Feels like OU basketball is more stacked this year talent wise(relatively speaking) than in recent years. If he's the 13th guy or whatever, let him physically develop but if he can play baseball early they need him if he can rake.. Let Skip borrow him!
My basketball excitement has waned so much since competitive Lon. These developments are starting to get me revved up again. Hope it's not all for naught! Assuming we land all these guys, what has changed? Did OU have a donor like Hamm step up or something? Sister Jean?

How in the world does Damion Collins still have eligibility? It seems like eons ago well back in the Kruger era we were sweating him and had all sorts of hopium when he supposedly spent the summer with Bijan and was tight with some other OU recruit. Seems like forever ago.
I miss the days of getting 2 or 3 Top 100 freshman recruits on signing day. Buddy Hields, Dante Bufords, Lattin, those days were exciting. But i'm old fashioned and it's a new world I guess. Happy that there's so much positivity around the bball and the football team getting two transfers...
I agree, someone else said it too. I flip around all these obscure channels during the college basketball season and see literally tons of bigs on these small school teams that are much better than anything we have. It's mind blowing.
