This guy says it's hard to gauge if the NCAA will be more lenient this year or not. I do not know if Gibson has a strong case for a waiver or not, maybe some other posters do.

Other posters have said on this very thread that they would be shocked if he didn't get it. Of course we'd all be super happy about that, it would be great. I was just wondering what all the confidence was based on.

I know, but without specifics I'm not sure how they can be so confident. Let's hope he gets it!
