We have 6 SRs all with extensive minutes graduating.
We MUST reload with this class or we could be in for some lean years.

In the opinion of experts who will we sign in this class?

What would be the thoughts on a class similar to below? Would that be a top 15 class?

1. PG-Harmon
2. Wing-Sam Williamson
3. Wing-Terry Armstrong
4. PF-Tray Jackson
5. Transfer big
6. Juco/Transfer combo guard

Also noticed OU offered Justin Webster from Prestonwood Christian in Plano. Is that Jeff Webster boy? If so, how good is he and will OU be a factor? I kinda like the idea of taking a combo guard this year. KyKy Tandy would be awesome but not likely. The Girard kid from NY can light it up but will end up at ND, Syracuse or Villanova and set the schools career 3pt makes.

I noticed we are after some Canadian players eh? The big man Jaden Bediako we offered a long time ago and Emanuel Miller is a wing. I know very little about either but if Kruger decides to go foreign this year the plane ride won't be as far.

williamson and Armstrong have blown up.. not sure they are likely.
Harmon and family is trying.

several kids from Sunrise (buddy's alum) are likely

Tandy isnt likely like you said. UK

I said it before LK and staff have been on these guys for years. while others have been on them for weeks or months... But when blue bloods call, folks listen

Just looked at a pick of Justin Webster and that HAS TO BE Jeff Webster's son! Looks just like Jeff did at the same age!

I noticed he is only 6'2" though and is a guard. I was hoping he had his dad's size and was a post!!

Maybe he'll grow 6" in during his senior year!!

His dad was soooo smooth as a player at OU! IMO, one of the truly underrated players to play at OU. He was a big time scorer and was a McD's AA in the same class as Shaq I believe.

I would love for Justin to play at OU as well!!

On line info confirms Justin is Jeff Webster's son.
I hope we do better legacy wise than the OU football player's son who went to KU and got drafted by the NBA.

We did well in getting Skeeter Henry's kid to commit, just couldn't qualify from what I understand

Just a guess on my part, but Williamson may be the reason why Wilson picked Michigan. Check out the head to head online video between those two and you’ll know why I say that. Williamson would be a more than adequate replacement.

Harmon, Williamson, Armstrong and a transfer big or an up and coming kid like Jackson would be a great class.

Armstrong from Flint MI

Armstrong may pick Michigan, too. But Denton Guyer’s Wilson is the one I was was talking about. Williamson outplayed him in the video I watched. Check it out when you get a chance.

Hey Coachtalk, that's a bummer for Williamson. He maybe my favorite guy we are pursuing. Certainly understandable based off of his talent that everyone else will come calling. Was there any word about his visit a couple weeks ago or am I mistaken?

I like Armstrong a lot as well. The kid has some bulldog in him. He'd slide into Rashard Odomes role and potentially be a more all around version pretty early IMO. That's not a knock on Odomes btw. I'm not going to knock a guy that brings his lunch pail every game. Myself, I would try carrying the pail with my right hand from time to time but I like to keep it fresh. Tom foolery aside, I expect Odoems to have his best year yet. He might leave us wondering if a few minutes his freshman year was worth pulling the redshirt combined with the roster turnover next year. Shoulda coulda summer talk.

Coach, where do you see us going for our wings?

Kevin Mccullr seems to be headed to Tumbleweed-Tech. What was the deal with him? I thought he reclassified for this year. SIAP

Zach Harvey would be awesome. Maybe Kansas gets their's and runs out of room. He's got offers from UCLA, Stanford, NW, ND, Navy, Buckeyes, Maryland and Wake Forest. Doesn't seem to promising. Maybe distance will be a deciding factor and taking journalism classes from Eschbach helps negates a Stanford or NW education. Fingers crossed chenohawk block.

I wouldn't be surprised if Emanuel Miller picked OU. Just a feeling and nothing but conjecture on my part. I don't know much about him but it just seems like a solid Lon move here if we miss out on the top big dogs. He's got offers from Illinois, SMU, Pitt with Ohio state interested but no offer. I think we are his best option with a position of need while those schools already have players on roster.

Funny side note, 247 has the team roster position link for OU small forwards showing 2 on roster. One is Doolittle and the other is Freeman. Freeman is listed at 5'10" 217 pounds.

I'll ask a question I haven't seen brought up to my knowledge. Is it certain Jalen Wilson is 100% to Meatchicken? I'm a glutton for punishment so put a little on it if you must.

Michigan has offered some big time players so I was surprised to see they are after the Girard kid from NY. Looked up a article from June 18th and Girard released his top six consisting of Duke, Michigan, ND, Syracuse, BC, and Penn St. Not bad for a 6'1" non playmaking SG. Ranked the 145th player in the country by 247. Joseph is compared to and attends the same school as Jimmer Fredet. Girard has the most points for a career in New York high school history, out scoring second place Lance Stephenson by over 400 points in 3 years. He may put that to bed for good if he comes close to 50 a game like last season. I will follow his career just for the countless arguments about "how good is he really" drama that will follow but it's looking like Duke at the moment so I'll wish for misses. I like the undersized guy quieting the doubters. Maybe it's the Muggsy Bogues or Spud Webb fan in me. The state of Oklahoma has had it's fair share as well.
