-Kim English is gonna be a star (led with 32 points)
-Mike Dixon is gonna be a good one (second with 22 points)
-Mizzou is really athletic in the paint with Ramsey, Underwood, Bowers, Stone, and Safford. Safford isnt that athletic, but he is really skilled.

For their system, I really like their combo of guys on the perimeter and in the paint. JT Tiller, Zaire Taylor, Mike Dixon, Kim English, and Marcus Denmon are a very good group of guards. Keith Ramsey, Laurence Bowers, Justin Safford, and Jon Underwood are a good group in the paint.

Mizzou (once again) is going to have a better year than expected. They are athletic, talented, and have experience at the right spots to be really good. Top 6 team, in my opinion.

I really think that based on the system they run they will have a chance at being successful every season. That and I think Anderson is a good coach.

Here are a few more Mizzou videos

Here is an interview with Kim English. He is only a SO but is already a leader and a fan favorite. This kid has a great work ethic.

Here is a small sample of one of Mike Anderson's practices.

I am really looking forward to this season and think this team is going to surprise some people again this year. I love the players Anderson has brought in and the program he is building here at Mizzou.

I enjoy watching Missouri and appreciate what Anderson has done there. The key to beating them is going to be forcing them to play at a slower pace and pounding them inside. I don't think they have the strength inside to beat the teams with good inside play.

If you get in a track meet with them, you can forget it. They will blow you out of the gym with their excellent guard play.

Interesting story about the Phil Pressey recruiting. I spoke with someone in the know about it. Phil was telling Baylor players that he really didn't want "Uncle Mike" looking over his shoulder at college- every time he went to a party, etc... But in the end the fact that "Uncle Mike" was family was way too strong to break.
