The ACC is a 2 team conferense as always. I think UConn is going to absolutely roll Duke, somehow Duke is even slower and less athletic than last year. UNC will be a Sweet16 quality team by march but the rest of that conference is about as good as the PAC10 this year.
Edit: The BE and BIG12 will again be the best conferenses this season.
