Man... The recruiting world is far worse than I thought! Even Christian home schools and not NOAH. Wow
I have heard he might be much older than guys in his grade. That is just something I have heard and haven't had verified.
Interesting that Coach Kruger was present for every single game this past weekend at the Kansas Prep event where Trier played so I guess it's fair to say most of you are wrong about OU closing the books. A shame people can be so negative towards a kid that's finished with a 3.6 GPA at an established tutorial school in tulsa and got a passing score on the ACT. As per a reliable source in Larry Orton- Trier was not the problem on A1 team. Matter of fact saved them from losing their NIKE EYBL contract. Trier is ranked #4 PG in class of 2015 and is leaving OK at the advice of Gary Vick because he is the top player in state and needs to play on a national stage. His homeschool days are over.

Is he leaving Oklahoma because of his age and not playing homeschool anymore? I heard he was 18 as a soph this year. Is that true?
I'm curious as to who is on that team with Trier? Is Shake still playing with them?
He is leaving for selfish reasons.
Not 18.

This is what's "left" of A1
It's fallen for a reason.
You are wrong on several of these comments. I will leave it at that.
Nike is a PRINCE CHARMING in this deal right???? lol
Athletes first has fallen off for several reasons allonzo not being one of them. The talent level in the state just isn't what it use to be. Allonzo was the only high major talent on that team this year.
Actually he is right Zo is leaving to play better comp he will be going to a prep school. He wasn't getting better playing homeschool ball. And nike was going to pull the plug on ath first
You have tons of talent to put on A1. The others didn't want to play with him. i know several kids personally that told me that.
He was the biggest reason that team went downhill. I stand by that as fact.
Nike is nowhere close to be clean. They are dirty and if the NCAA wanted to catch them they could. $$$
The problem is parents are quick to be offended when coaches tell them their kid is not on the level they need to be when it comes to the EYBL. Understand that the EYBL is the NBA of HS Bball. Its another world comparing it to state level bball. Trier was the only one capable of playing at the elitest level and that's not being biased its the truth. Parents want to blame this kid but fact is Trier had to do everything for his team which is why he looked selfish. He is a Nike kid and going to a Top Nike Powerhouse. It's not about grades, age or anything but the kid wanting to better himself.
Your telling me Shake, Collins, mead, Carson, Hammond, Omega Harris ( I know I'm forgetting others) can't hold their own? I know some of those guys are duke, unc , Kentucky type. But not every eybl guy is high d1.
Trier isn't offered by those guys either. He is a RED FLAG alert and that's coming from a Current D1 Head Coach. Baggage, posse, $$$, can't stay anywhere very long. It's all red flags.
Chauncey never played for ath first or if he did I never saw him. I said shake had a few games but he was never consistent but I do like his potential to be better than Zo. I'm not sold on harris he just isn't aggressive enough. I like Hammond but he wasn't going to play for ath first this year Vann picked him up. Mead and Carson are okay.
