KSU games are not the same without Fatty around to make us laugh with his warped sense of humor. He was an opposing school icon on the Insider board as well as here.

I had the honor of meeting Fatty once and he was one of the coolest individuals I have ever met....Fatty will never be forgotten

How did he pass away?

Maybe someone with a better memory can answer that question. I believe I know, but would rather not say without confirmation that what I remember is correct.

I didn't know Fatty personally. But I always looked forward to his input when he dropped by to give us his unique take on "matters of importance." lol

Insofar as a person can be a message board legend, Fatty is legend. I loved his posts.

Wow, I didn't realize that he had died. When did this happen?

Thanks for posting the link, Bounce!

For those who don't remember Fatty or don't know why he made such an impact on fan boards far and wide, click on the "learn more" tab on the web site Bounce linked us to.

As MNSooner said, he truly was a fan board legend. Fatty4KSU was just a fun poster to have around. He never took himself or much of anything seriously. I had to get past his dry sense of humor at first to see the real person; one that I came to like and enjoy when he would grace us with his presence. Win or lose, he always stopped by before and after every KSU game to get in his licks, or to take a few if his Cats lost. Call me silly or sentimenal, but I miss the guy!

No, no they are not.

Holy crap I didn't know this happened. Prayers go out to him and his family. So sad. He was a great poster, and it sounds like 10x the person.

Can't believe it.... Fatty was great so sad to hear he actually passed away.

you are not the only one who misses him.

as far as anyone knows, he died as he lived, fighting a group of ninja assassins. he did pretty well, but there were a lot of them, and they were ninjas.
