Really doesn't seem like it does it? I'm just hoping for more post presence at least to get our big guys some challenge. Doesn't seem like it with all the blocks

FINAL: #Sooners 109, Charenton 64. Lots of highlight plays, stat lines tonite. Coach @LonKruger thought this could be toughest game to date.

WOW. Lol. I wonder if some of those blocks would be considered goal tending here. I thought they had a little different rule on it. The other team had to feel bad when all the alley oops was happening. Sounds like it would of been fun to be there.

Thanks again for the updates. I appreciated them

The European rule is just that there is no goaltending on balls that have hit the rim but are still above the cylinder. So if the ball was blocked, the rule is the same as it is here.

Found their webpage on Eurobasket. Looks like they are pretty low division Franch

Decent height but no one really that big, one of their guards only played Juco ball in America... might help us understand the final score

Oregon State beat them by 17 last season. DePaul clubbed them pretty good the year before that. They were 21-1 in the league that they play in the season right before Oregon St. played them. Obviously they aren't very much. But, the Sooners may be playing pretty good.

I don't think we need to worry too much about how good these teams are we are playing just like we shouldn't overreact about how good the Sooners are playing. It's a great experience and they seem to be taking full advantage of not only the games on this trip but also the extra practices they got prior to the trip. It just helps push the preseason preparation that much further along. I think the players coaches will all come back talking about what a great experience this was but also how far they still have to come as a team. That is certainly how I look at things but I am nothing but encouraged by what I have seen and heard so far.

The other great thing about this trip is that several of these players will have three and four years to talk about how great the trip experience was to all the recruits who come to visit OU. So kids being recruited next year and possibly even this year can imagine making a similar trip in four years from now. The University has demonstrated they will take advantage of the opportunity to go abroad when it is permitted.

This sums it up for me. After seeing a few practices and reading about the team on this trip, I am also encouraged.

It should be a fun season for Sooner fans, and a fun team to watch.
