And away we go...

I hate losing -- even this kind of game -- but it should help motivate the guys, for sure.

Can't let a team go on a 15-0 run at the end of a game.
Same crap that killed us last year. We need to learn, no matter who's playing or who the opponent is, how to close.

Evreux finishes on 17-2 run and #Sooners fall 80-70 in European tour finale. We'll have some stats in a bit. By far OU's best competition.

Losing is not necessarily a bad thing, especially when it only hurts team pride. The first five games were too easy. If our players learn from this experience, it might actually help us going forward.

By the way, guys, thanks for the play by play!

Sounds like a huge upgrade in talent and we failed to close. Curious to see the box score. It sounds like Neal played a lot of minutes. I'm wonder if we played without someone or if one of the guys got hurt during the game. Stinks to close this trip with a 'L' but the opportunity to travel to that part of the world, get 10-12 extra practices and 5 games in, and do it all as a team will benefit these guys this season and, I believe, beyond. Excited!

I like the fact that they played the best team last. While I always prefer to win, a loss tends to get the players attention, which enables the coaches to teach to more attentive students. The trip was a wonderful experience for the team.

For an OU basketball fan, these extra practices and the European trip, have been a cure for the summertime blues.
