I really haven't followed the WNBA this year. I just checked on how Courtney's stats were and checked Imani Boyette's. Imani is doing better than I expected just by looking at stats, though I know that does not tell it all. I think she is capable because of skills and size but I do not think emotionally she is into it.
Of course, I really am just making a conjecture with very little real info.
So anyone following anyone in particular?

EDIT: Also, anyone following Dallas? Know what the prognosis is on Skylar? They really need her. Also, am disappointed in the trades they made.

EDIT: Also disappointed in their not using Kiesel more last year and this year. She had a good first year. Pesky defender, if I am remembering correctly and quick. AND yes, I do make big bucks for my knowledge of all things sports.

Diggins had a great game the other day. I want to say she had 27 points. I think they were trying to get her back slowly to avoid the risk of injury again. I've just been following the leauge in general. No one in particular.

I watched the Dallas/Seattle game. Stewart seems to be better than the pros too. Courtney was quicker getting her shot off than she was at OU. Did a good job on defense and rebounding. Tends to score about 8-10 with about 10 rebounds. Stewart didn't seem to have any help.

I saw a little of the Dallas/Phoenix game (first one). I was surprised that Diggins, who didn't do well against Seattle, wiped out Phoenix. Glory Johnson impressed me for Dallas. Ariel Powers seems to be better than I would have thought, never having heard of her. Phoenix had trouble from the three.

Dallas beat Phoenix again tonight. I was switching back and forth between the College World Series and the WNBA game. Diggins played well. Evidently Brianna Stewart is doing well.

Thanks for the feedback I like to hear what people are thinking about the players and the games. Glad to hear Skylar had a good game.

So far, Courtney is averaging 9.7 rebounds per game, which is good for 2nd best in the WNBA.

She leads the league in offensive rebounds at 3.6 per game.

It is wonderful to see Courtney's success. She has found her niche in professional basketball.

Agree. She has won the WNBA's Peak Award for rebounding the past two seasons. She has also been the rebound leader in the leagues in which she has played in Europe. This past season it was for Hatay in Turkey. She also won Best Center in the league.
