For those who subscribe to the Athletic, Seth Davis has an article up where he rates the stock of most major conference teams and gives a brief summary. He really likes OU, even says he thinks they may prove to be the second best team in the league. He also is pretty high on Northwestern and Florida. Let's hope he is right!

I hope he is right. Just wonder if OU will be able to score enough on the road and against tough man-to-man D we will see in conference. The familiarity of what coaches run usually diminishes scoring in conference play. Need Manek and James to be able to shoot the ball in the mid to high 30s range from 3, I believe to win more than half the conference games. Maybe LK can use a scoring by-committee approach and have some different leading scorers throughout the year.

I am getting really cautiously optimistic about this bunch!
