Attendance/tickets

Hi everyone, I'm a frequent reader of the board who is posting for the first time. It's a great source of info on Sooner basketball -- which isn't easy to come by, especially up here in Kansas!

I try to make as many Sooner games as possible, but had to give up my season ticket a few years ago. Now, I just buy tickets online or out front of LNC. For the Kansas game, it looks like it may be tough to find a lower level seat for a reasonable price -- which sucks for me, but is a great sign for the program; if only we could get that kind of attendance for every game, not just KU! If any of you know anyone that would be willing to sell two lower levels for a decent price, please message me. In addition to loving the Sooners, I despise KU more than anyone on the planet, so this is a game that I must see in person, especially since I sat through the loss in Lawrence last month! Thanks in advance!

Keep an eye on StubHub. Guessing those prices will drop as we get closer to Gameday.

You can also buy standing room tickets through OU and move to open seats after I believe the 16 minute mark. There will be plenty of seats to move to, as the average tickets sold and not used this year is around 2-3k per game from what I've seen.

Good to see another fellow sooner from the ICT. You should be ok. I've always found lower level seats for a good price even for the big games. Cheer loud!

I have no knowledge of this poster and I will take him at his word; however, if I were selling him my tickets I might use the Ronald Reagan approach, trust but verify. First post looking for OU v. KU tickets and admittedly coming from Kansas.

Any OU ticket-holder who gives a ticket to a Beaker ought to be banned for life from the LNC, even if they get top-dollar for it. I'd even before letting those folks get used by Eric Striker for a tackling dummy, too.

Funny. A friend of mine walked on the OU football team and said that was his position, tackling dummy. He quit after a couple of weeks.
