The Sooners are headed Down Under! Join the Oklahoma men's basketball team on a 9-night trip to New Zealand and Australia as they see world famous attractions and play four exhibition games against international competition!

The tour features stops in Melbourne, Cairns, and Sydney! Our packages include a charter bus for all ground transportation, first-class hotel accommodations, game tickets to all games, guided sightseeing tours, a tour escort from Basketball Travelers, Inc. and/or local in-country tour guide, and breakfast at your hotel each morning. This tour will have a considerable amount of walking. Please be sure you are physically able to participate in the tour before booking.

The actual feature stops are Auckland, Sydney and Cairns. If you scan down page (linked above), you will find a calendar with the following "tentative tour schedule" ...

Aug 4 .. Cross International Dateline
Aug 5 .. Arrive in Auckland, New Zealand
Aug 6 .. Sight-see in Auckland
Aug 7 .. Sight-see in Auckland & Game 1
Aug 8 .. Fly to Sydney, Australia
Aug 9 .. Tour Sydney Opera House & Game 2
Aug 10 .. Sight-see Sydney & Game 3
Aug 11 .. Fly to Cairns
Aug 12 .. Sight-see in Cairns & Game 4
Aug 13 .. Optional Great Barrier Reef Tour
Aug 14 .. Return to OKC

Well, it doesn't seem like Freeman is one player leaving if this trip is planned.

I never thought he would leave anyway. I think he realizes his game has many holes and that's why he came to the USA to compete with the best.

Yes. Any player can play and still redshirt during the regular season.
