Baylor always looks like there players walk.

I have noticed a trend with Baylor over the yeas. Its seems like there players are always taking an extra step or shuffling feet. They don't seem to get called for traveling so I am sure its is not as bad as it looks. But on TV it can look like a clear travel and not get called.

Is this a style that Baylor teaches, such as when to dribble when starting off or dragging ones feet? Or is it they are so athletic that it just looks that way.

I also remember that it looked like Bookout would travel when he did some of his post moves, but that was hardly called as well.
