Baylor @ OU Score Predictions

I'm the eternal optimist and always thinks OU can win, but I'll try to live in the real world for a moment and say...
79-64 Bailer (and screw the bairs for losing to gayU on their home court).
BTW, why do we still not have a Kruger emoticon, especially since we still have a Capel??????

At least Capel won his last two against BU. Frickin Drew outcoached us today by playing the Gottlieb sag-off defense on Sam Grooms all night while Blair sat on the bench and watched...even though he averaging 14 ppg against BU last year.

BTW, I was off by two, you were off by 3, and half a dozen others were close on this thread. Guess we're getting used to losing.

I believe Capel won that last one against a Baylor team with no Jones and of course no Jackson.

I don't feel we were outcoached as much as we were out-athleted in the end. We played them about as good as we could have last night. Fact is we just don't have the scoring on the wings to win against teams like that in college basketball. We didn't last year either but we looked like we were playing a bit like we were just standing around last year. The movement in the offense is a lot better. If we get a good athlete or two at guard we are pretty much set next year. We have 2 great scorers inside with Fitz and Roe. I don't know if M'Baye is a great scorer at this level. But the talk about him is that he's our best player inside. There may not be many teams in the conference with that type of depth inside that we'll have. But we need more from our guards. If we get a guy that can make and create shots that should put us in the tournament and possibly in the top 3 or 4 in the conference. We really aren't that far away. It's not near as bad as it's been the last couple of years.
