Same scenario as De'vion Harmon. Harmon is the better player as of now, both would be good gets.

I like both recruits. Watched them play online in the state playoffs last season. A package deal would be nice.
 
The crowd and players had to impress the recruits. From the video and photos, it was a very fun event for all.
 
I was intrigued to see that Cousins played in the game (and very well, too), but Buddy didn't. Was that just the difference between the restrictions placed on a lottery pick and a guy who went late in the second round?

Buddy didn't play but he did put a bear hug on James Frascilla at one point!

I was also surprised that Cousins played. If he had gotten an injury, it would give mgmt. a reason to cut him.

I looked at video highlights of some of the visitors and came away very impressed. Lon is getting interest in some high calibre athletes/players

A Final Four and a National Player of the Year will do wonders for recruiting.
 
Glad to hear the weekend went well. Sad to miss it. It's been a tradition for me and my young family to make this every year. My kids are not 6, 4, 2 and we have been to the last four of these and its fun looking back at the pics from previous years and see how the kids have changed. Hope to make it back next year but we had 4 bday parties this weekend haha

it was his choice .. blake played in the game a few years ago ...and nothing to do with his contract ..

nba players can play basketball when ever they want and in any events ..
 
Kelly Newton is (was last year) coaching KCKCC here in town. My daughter had walked-on to another juco who was up playing KCK. Boys were after, so I saw Newton and talked to him a bit. Asked the guys if he could hit the 3...they just laughed.
