What do you have against hot chicks in lingerie? Don't respect what they do? Well I sure as heck do. Being born hot is a talent, just like being born with athleticism or smarts. Should they not profit from the gifts the good Lord gave them, by sharing with the world? You can close your eyes to them if you choose, but I will choose to open my heart.

It WAS one of the lamest halftime shows we've ever had at OU and they have gotten increasingly worse the past few years. They used to have frizbee chasing dogs during the Sampson years. Not sure what happened to that. My favorite is any basketball game that we get to see whether it be special olympics or camps or drills.

I think they normally save the better acts for Big 12 play and big games. But it can't be much worse than it was last night. Hopefully we dont have anything like that during Big 12 play because it really does kill the crowd. But I dont think it was a big deal for the Coppin St game.

I miss Red Panada, I think the main issue with halftime show is OU is going the easy path more or less. They're going local to keep costs down.

I know I don't go for the halftime show and I'll go even if it was nada for 15 minutes but the average joe and sally family expect to be entertained at the half or at least their kids need it. That is what the NBA gets, they do stuff for the average people and get more people willing to go for the entertainment value because in this state there honestly isn't that many true die hard hoop fans.

Remember when what'shisname, Mark Matthews?, had to apologize for getting caught babbling about how hot some Nebraska fan was when we went up there 10 years ago or so? I think it was during the halftime show also, and he didn't realize they were back on the air.
