Buzz: On 1 hand, I have MU. They love me and there willing to pay me. On the other hand, I have OU...who just fired a coach that is 2 years removed from the elite 8(a place I have never been). I can coach in the big east where I can finish 11th and still get into the tournament or I can coach in the big 12 where finishing 6th might not get you in.

If you want to look at Marquette in the best possible light the OU job in the worst possible light, sure.

Well if Buzz would have agreed in principle before his season was over, he would be at Arkansas now. Arkansas didn't want to wait anymore so they went hard after Anderson.

Arkansas was telling them to give them a number, I am sure Anderson's number was finally reached where he couldn't turn down the arkansas job. The same would have happened with Buzz.
