They combined for three points and were 0-10 from 3-point range. It would be nice if we could use our last two ships on a point guard and a shooting guard, rather than a point guard and big man.

We have 2 guys that are basically the same player starting in the line up. I know one's white and ones black but they do basically the same things. There's no difference between the 2. Why are both starting?

Cade's our best defensive player. Lost in all this rage about Cade not having a good game offensively, he was guarding a guy who had 2 inches and 40 pounds on him, and he did a petty solid job. Pledger had an off night. When he's not off, he gives us a solid outside shooter. I don't get all the hate for Pledger. Sheesh.
 
I don't disagree. I like Cade and I think he should be playing a ton. But I don't get why both he and Pledger start every game.
 
Which makes me wonder why? Why not play Washington and Neal with Fitz. Thompson can even play a few minutes here and there as a post. I don't get why we just go with the 4 guard lineup all the time with the size we have to play. I know I'm sounding like a Kelvin worshiper. But if things aren't working well why not play as many lineups as you can till they work? I don't get playing the same lineups all the time with so few substitutions like Capel does. It doesn't make sense for a team this bad.

We need big men, first and foremost. Blair is getting better he is the PG. Newell also played much better today than I have seen this season and he will continue to get better. The problem is there aren't any quality shooters left for 2011 unless some JUCO comes out of the woodwork. So they have to go after Jurick, Gurerro, and Elijah Cater. With an inside presence Pledger would be more open to shoot. And Cam is a pretty good 3 point shooter too. It's hard to be successful from 3 when a D never has to collapse on the post.

Ridiculous comment. Cade is our best defender, one of our best scorers, and gives the most hustle. And you say he couldn't play for a juco team?? I wish we had enough talent for Cade to come off the bench, but we don't. You obviously
are clueless.
