Nope, they are right there... Really close losses to K-State, Kansas, and ISU in conference. 2 of those were without Alec Burks, who might be the best frosh in the Big 12.

I know they are recruiting Aziz Ndaiye pretty hard. I wonder if he was at that KU game last night?

1. Kansas

2. Texas

3. K State
4. Baylor?
5. Missouri?

6. Texas A&M
7. Oklahoma St.

8. Texas Tech?
9. Oklahoma?
10. Colorado?
11. Iowa St.?
12. Nebraska?

The last 5 are all almost even.

After A&M winning in Columbia last night I don't think you can put the Tigers in the upper tier debate DSM.

Just my breakdown of the teams by "class"

Top tier
1. KU
2. Texas
3. K-State
4. Baylor
(I think 2-4 can be ordered just about any which way on any given night)

5. A&M
6. O-state
7. Mizzou
(these three can go anyway as well)

8. Texas Tech
9. OU
10. Colorado
11. Iowa St
12. Nebraska

I think 8-10 is a slight step above 11 and 12 but I am not sure if it is much.

I think this is pretty close, and I would say you can probably add a tier for KU...alone. Especially if they can go into Austin on Saturday & win.

1. KU

2. BU
3. UT
4. KSU

5. A&M
6. MU
7. OSU

8. OU
9. TTU
10. CU
11. ISU
12. NU

Ultimately, the bottom tier will be decided by who defends their home court. At least in that regard, we are on the right track.
