When Mike Leach left OU for Texas Tech, the players were very disappointed. Stoops told the team that two years before they had played so bad that the head coach was fired. This year, you played so well that Leach got a head coaching job. You should be proud of yourselves. I would rather have our assistants be coveted because they do a good job than the alternative.

Yes it does. This is now two assistant coaches that went from assistants to Head coaches under Jennie.

All very positive. I would love Neal to get the opportunity. He is from here, loyal to the program and has kids in the schools. He would stay and is a championship coach at the high school level. I say give him a chance.

I would think she would have to. It is part of her job. I am guessing we were able to get Reagan Beers because of the assistant we hired...I believe they came from Oregon State.
