These are the types that are not worth it to get rid of Capel for. At least give him another year if these are the kind of guys we are looking to replace him with. I was not pumped about the Capel hire to begin with. You can get some up and comer any season. I thought Joe C had to make a tough decision in order to snag a bigger name before someone else could, but that may have been wishful thinking.

Yep. They are a dime-a-dozen. Some of them end up being good coaches, but a bunch of the "up-and-comers" end up being like Capel, Collier, Todd Lickliter, McDermott, Tom Asbury, Wooldridge, Melvin Watkins, etc., out of a job in a few years.
