Gary was scolded by one member of OU's staff, an administrative type, not one of the assistants charged with coaching our players up during games and practice sessions.

I could be wrong, but I find it hard to believe that Coach Kruger approved of or even knew about that incident. Why? Because it went against everything he has done to embrace OU basketball fans by opening practice sessions and numerous other moves to make fans feel a sense of ownership since he arrived on campus four years ago.

I'm betting that if Coach Kruger was asked if posting a recap of your observations on the only board dedicated to OU basketball is okay, he wouldn't hesitate to give his approval.

I say post the reports and if someone objects let Kruger know. Admin types sometimes become beaurocrats bent on doing away with all fun.

When are the practices this week? I'm in Edmond visiting with 3 grandsons and they would enjoy seeing a practice. All 3 are in basketball camps in the mornings.

Everyone at camp mentioned multiple times for the parents and kids to come out and check out practice. They noted just to call the basketball offices at the 1st of the week and asked about scheduling that week. Coach Henson noted it is variable with the amount of hours they get and trying to mix in recruiting trips, visits, etc.
