Didn't the OU football family help resettle the Oubres in Texas after Katrina?
If we offered Kelly I guess there wasn't much loyalty there.

The late Terry Crouch helped Louis as I recall. Not sure if he is related to him or not. He might be Louis' nephew.

Doesn't sound like you have a good feel for how recruiting usually works. If it is their family, they owe OU jack. Less than jack. They probably owe Terry Crouch a ton.

Crouch got Switzer and some older players involved. But yeah it was pretty much Crouch. Also if you have a chance to go play basketball at Kansas you play there.
