Villanova is playing poorly but their resume is befitting of a tourney team. They're easily one of the best 50 teams in the country.

I agree. I just thought it was an interesting topic.

You know, in the past, we've been told that your last 10 games are pretty big during selection...they are 3-7, with their best win over that period being 10 games ago against WVU at home and they have some pretty lame losses as well..
 
NO WAY...They have lost 5 in a row and 10 of their last 15. I dont care what conference they play in. They don't deserve to be in.

i know marquette is considered the last of the big east teams in, but nova should be switched with them. that was a horrible loss yesterday. their seed will show just how much the committee values a team's last 10 games.
 
Anyone else tired of hearing how great the big east is? I know they are a good conference but it also helps when you have as many teams as they do.
 
They are in as of right now with an 11 seed. Unless all hell breaks loose, it's a formality.

i wouldn't have a problem with it if seemingly 3/4 of the teams didn't choke in the big dance.
 
They are going to be a 10 or 11 seed.

It is the body of work gentlemen, Colorado shouldn't be getting a bid over Villanova.

Personally I say no...they need two W's in the Big Ten tournament. Playing a tough schedule is great, but you have to win some of them.

I agree with this. I wasn't sure who they played after Iowa so I stopped there.
