Don't forget that Nick Thompson played on the perimeter in juco....

You look at his numbers and at 9 points and 4.5 rebounds per game you wonder a little bit... But he was playing out of position which will obviously have an affect on his scoring and rebounding numbers. A guy who can shoot like that and put it on the floor at the juco level should have been playing the 4 and taking advantage of slower, smaller defenders.

I really think Thompson has great upside. My hope is that his lack of rebounding was because he was on the perimeter, not because he isn't a skilled rebounder.
